Devoured. They’re a lot of work to put together because of all the different parts, but it’s totally worth it.
For the cake, I used semisweet chocolate because it was the only thing I had around and it still turned out delicious. I didn’t want the cake ending up too sweet though, so I also reduced the sugar and water to about half.

So today I had two cheesecakes, three blueberry muffins, an unspeakable amount of fruit tarts and I don’t even feel guilty about it— 1) because I’m a fatty, 2) because they were delicious, and 3) because they are so teeny tiny!

Last week I made possibly the most important purchase of my life: a mini muffin tin. And now, I’m obsessed with cooking with it. Everything turned out great in mini-size except for the fruit tarts. You can’t really fit a lot of fruit into the tiny tartlets and I just can’t get the right ratio of fruit to tart. I’m going to experiment more with the crust, but I guess for now I’ll just have to eat all the failures. Oh the troubles of baking.

They are delicious and I love them.
I’ve just pulled a fresh batch out of the oven and you should all be jealous. You’ve got to be crazy not to love a good cinnamon roll— unless your allergic in which case I weep for you because you will never know true joy.

Finished testing this recipe last night. It’s a fairly dense cheesecake with a nice strong coffee flavor, but the oreo-crust recipe I used was too crumbly and just didn’t taste very good…

Just pulled these babies of the oven. Commence the nom.
How to:
Melt one part sugar and one part honey in a pot over medium heat. Mix in walnuts to coat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until syrup is light brown. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place walnuts on a wire rack over a pan lined with tin foil. Cook for about 8 minutes or until nuts have darkened slightly. Let cool and enjoy!

No joke. We found them for £2 in one of the small ice cream stalls by the Waterloo Bridge. These are miles better than Pike Place and rival Mighty-Os. Need more.

LOTS OF BACON with a side of omelet, snausages and a waffle…. and then another waffle.

I also had oreo cookie crumbs with vanilla/cappuccino ice cream.
Mmmmm yeah. Be jealous Butt Stamp.
A few years ago for my birthday I made candy sushi and I thought I’d show it off.

If you’re looking to make your own there are a few ways to do it and of course a large variety of materials you can use. Marshmallows, fruit roll ups, nerds and of course Swedish fish were candies that I used. I chose to just place the decorations on top instead of rolling them inside like how you would make real sushi. For seaweed it’s a lot easier to just use a fruit roll-up cover rather than dipping in chocolate, but the chocolate does look a little bit more authentic and it tastes better. If you’re going for more real looking, dried fruit works very well to mimic the look of fish.

These are my favorite and easiest to make. Nigiri anyone?
